Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive an RMA authorization.

  Securely pack the items in their original retail packaging including all accessories and protective films.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
